DirectAdmin has been updated

when i try to restart directadmin
Stopping DirectAdmin: [ FAILED ]

and it is running still like an old version and i can't stop it to restart.
error.log is empty.

any suggestions how to debug?

This is some kind of bug, because i can't restart directadmin and it does not let me save settings either.
No logs are being produced.
Please help.

If your DirectAdmin license comes direct from the DirectAdmin then you should ask for DirectAdmin Support (http://www.directadmin.com/support.html). If not, then you should ask your hosting company.
