apache hass 260MB in /var/spool/mail

The apache spool file, in /var/spool/mail hass more than 260MB.. emails from web behind oct/2003. How can i delete it? is safe if i delete all the file?

You can just delete any of the mailboxes you wan't; they'll be rebuilt if any mail comes in for those addresses.

However you might want to look and see what's in those mailboxes and why.
