AOL Problems

I have a customer that has tried to login to DA through AOL, but it does not work. It simply shows the login box again, without any error. He has tried it through IE, and it has worked fine. Does anyone know of a bug that can be causing this and maybe a fix for it?

The AOL browser is IE, skinned and flooded with extras... check the settings and then start complaining to them if the problem persists.

DA's software doesn't handle the situation where a user's IP constantly changes while on the same connection. I believe it's due to the way DA keeps track of sessions.

To get logged in and stay in, your customer has to stop his IP from changing which is done by AOL's proxies. I'm not that familar w/ AOL. He can probably do this by changing browsers or looking for a feature to switch off their proxy.
