IP change for the same newly taken License.

Hi All,
We have purchased 1 DA license.Unfortunately,we had given NATed public ip while purchasing.After getting the error while installation, we come to know that DA wont work with NAT ip.
Now we prepared 1 more Server with Public ip on it,but the Public IP is other one.So whether DA allows to change the IP for the same license to some other so that we can install it.
if not what would be other solution to this problem ?

Simply send an email to sales@directadmin.com or use the following form https://www.directadmin.com/clients/safesubmit.php to ensure that your message is delivered to the DirectAdmin team.

Inform them about the IP address change on your server and they will update the License ID to reflect the new IP address.

It can but you just have to know how to set up the router and the server.
