Plugin Request: Mailscanner/ClamAV/Spamassassin

I am sure this has been requested before but I would like a plugin that adds Mailscanner/ClamAV and Spamassassin. Then users could enable or disable by site. This can be all installed manually but I think now days a virus scanner should be standard. A plugin saves me from messing something up installing and would be easier to keep up to date.

Another nice feature would be a way to add sendmail based blacklists through the GUI.

Just my 2 cents.

i really want a spam/mailscanner, but reading all the problems, i don't really dare to install it myself

My understanding is that DA has finalized a front-end to SpamBlocker which will soon be part of DA (during the next automatic update?).

I'd like to continue on the Virus Filter/Blocker, and I will as time permits.
