I use FTP-client FileZilla for managing 3 different domains. (3 different log-ons)
In 1 domain I see no subdirectories like "public html" where I can upload my files. When I use the Direct Admin File manager, I see that the directories do exist. What may have gone wrong. Previously I saw the subdirectories for all my domains, when using FTP.

What happens when you use another ftp client like the one built into Windows?

I already tried to upload with other ftp clients. The problem remains the same.

Are you using the same username and password as your directadmin login?

yes I do use the same login and pwd as in DirectAdmin. I recently requested for a new password which I use now both for FTP and DirectAdmin

If this is the initial screen you are seeing then you are being locked into public_ftp.
You need to go look through your ftp setting in DA. If you are not the admin you may need to contact your provider to help you.
