Subdomains

I have made a number of sub-domain accounts. ie. account.freerackspace.org and none are resolving. I know that it takes some time for the DNS to propegate, but it still does not seem right.

Just to make sure, I setup the sub-domain as a new account (new user)?

There's no easy way for us to see if anything is right or wrong if you don't post some valid domain and subdomain names.
