E-mail accounts at subdomains

Is is possible to create e-mail accounts and forwarders under subdomains? If yes, is this possible also for additional domains hosted under the same account?

For additional domains hosted at the same account, you add email accounts just as you do for the first domain.

I don't believe you can add email accounts for subdomains added as subdomains; I think to do that you must add the subdomain as an additional domain.
