Couldn't delete domains

Hello,

I've deleted some users but domains are still available. How can i delete them. I can see them in directories but can't do anything from da admin panel.

And i can't see one of the user named "enginaar". It was owned by admin but i can't see it in the panel

Does the user account still exist on the system?

run:
id username

also check /usr/local/directadmin/data/users/username/*

if that exists, then readd the user to his reseller:

/usr/local/directadmin/data/users/resellername/users.list
