Hi all,

I've used Direct Admin for a while, but not come across this issue before. It's on the user side of my reseller account. I need to set up an email address that I had on a standard account previously.

If I click on 'E-Mail Accounts' I get


Cannot open the user password file for reading

but I don't know where to find this to check permissions or create the the file.

If I click on 'Create E-Mail Account' I get another similar message.

Would anyone be able to shed some light on this? I don't know where to look for the solution!

For restore all directadmin permission do this command:

/usr/local/directadmin/scripts/set_permissions.sh
