An IP# assigned to a reseller that the reseller can use as a shared IP among his clients and domains.

i'm not a native english speaker, but why isn't it IPs that shared among resellers? in this way, reseller don't really different dedicated IP to setup DNS server, all resellers should use 2 identical IPs to setup DNS server, am i right?

IP#s that are shared among resellers are "shared server" IP#s.
Actually you can use any IP#s on the system for your DNS server allocations, but if you don't use IP#s available to you (as a reseller) you'll have to do it manually.
