Server sql for users

I'm french so sorry for my english. I congratulate you for directadmin, i love this panel. But I want to configure my server sql, my server name is "localhost", but i want tell him "sql.mydomain.com" and if possibly i would want the server name for my users is "sql.userdomain.com". Thanks. Bye.

You should be able to do that if you add sql.example.com (where example.com is replaced by the proper domain name) for each domain name, all either as CNAMEs to localhost, or as A records to 127.0.0.1.

Removed your duplicate thread..

You may need to add the sql.domain.com into the mysql settings also - (you will need root mysql login)

Sorry for duplicate thread, but i don't know where modify the mysql settings. I test that in phpmyadmin but it's not that. What is the file I must to be modify ? Thanks. Bye.
