Message All Users - Timeout problem

Hi,

When I try to message all users using the DA message ticket system I constantly get a timeout message. Not all users received the email. So I had to manually go through to see which clients received the email or not and send out individually to those that didnt!!!

Any ideas?

How many users, and how big was your message?

on this new server only 30 users and the message was only a single paragragh no more than 80 words. It got as far as sending messages to up to usernames beginning with 'k'

You could try raising DA's timeout on the 'Administrator Settings' page.

I encountered the same problem.
I have 700 sites and sending just 1 to 2 sentences, increasing the timeout to 1 minute or more still get the timeout..
