changing the reseller skin?

does anyone know how to change the reseller skin? i can change users skins but i would like the reseller skin changed if possible? wouldnt even mind the admin one changed if somone could tell me how to do it?

Reseller Panel -> Skins -> select Skin -> click "Apply To Me"
