Hello everyone,

I'm fairly new to website design, hosting etc, so apologies if these questions are frustratingly simple. A while ago (before servers were upgraded, I think) I was able to view my website's traffice statistics via the control panel, but now when I click on my domain name under Webalizer Stats I get the following message:

"You must wait for the stats to be computed. This will only happen *after* logs exist (domain must resolve and be used).

Info for Admins: Downloading a new webalizer binary"

There's definitely traffice on this site, so I can only guess that I need to install something (how I do this I've no idea) or turn something on???

I tried searching the forum for the above message, but it didn't find any results (maybe I'm searching for the wrong thing?).

Can anyone shed some light on this please?

Thanks in advance for any help offered,

Si

Thanks for the help Massive, I'm a little stuck at the first hurdle though

I've got no idea what OS this site is hosted on - it's using FreeBee hosting - and I can't seem to be able to log in via Putty to run the code. Can I run this code from the control panel?

Thanks again

You have to ask your hosting provider then. There is nothing we can do to help you.
