AOL emails returned as spam/we are resellers

Hi,
We are a reseller and it has come to our attention that none of our clients are able to email AOL users. AOL considers any email to be spam.

How do we fix this?

We have read things about reverse DNS and most state that we need to modify the named.conf file. As we are not server administrators we do not have access to this file.

What are we supposed to do?

AOL blocks all email doesn't have a reverse MX record.

Temporary you may want your user to use their ISP SMTP server until you got risk of the reverse MX problem.
