PHP files execution without domain name

Hello.

I have my hosting account set up, I know the feature of accessing my site's content by calling http://myipaddress/~mylogin. Everything worked and works fine, but with my latest hosting provider I can access html files but I cannot execute php scripts, getting Internal Server Error 500 (user level, by testing with domain name php works). Is there any possibility to overcome this and use php scripts without domain?

BUT the only problem I see is that my access to directadmin is limited to user-level and I cannot execute those commands =(
