It looks like DA is installing/offering a tool in the interface which can't be used without some command line tweaking: Mailing Lists.
The default mail service in the majordomo.cf template is sendmail. I, at least, don't have sendmail running, just Exim. In addition, there was evidently no /usr/tmp for majordomo to utilize.
I've altered all the existing majordomo.cf files in my server and changed the template to point to Exim. I still need to check the sendmail flags majordomo sends against exim flags, but at least my customer's list works now.
Sure would like to see something other than majordomo used :)
