Migrating from Maildir++ to mbox

Hi,

I am going to convert a "custom system" to DirectAdmin, however this custom system uses Postfix/Courier-IMAP with the Courier-IMAP maildir format: Maildir++

Do you guys have any idea how I can quickly convert all mail to mbox files [I also have to keep the Sent and Trash folders which were created by Squirrelmail]?
