Can you add extra nameservers more than the default 2?

Sure, you'll just have to do it manually...

Add the A records for ns3 (assuming you want ns3) to the domain that hosts the nameserver, and point it to the proper ip. Then add the NS record to the domains that will use the 3rd nameserver.
