IMAP emails deleted after 12 days

Hi,

One of my customers uses IMAP in Outlook to get his email. But the mails older then 12 days automatically dissapaer from the server. Is this a setting on the server (how long mails are being saved) or is this not something on the server?

DirectAdmin by default doesn't remove emails older than X days, but it can be setup to do so; if you're not the sever administrator you need to check with whomever is.

If you're the server administrator and you know that neither you nor anyone else has installed a method to do it, then you should look into the possibility that Outlook may be the cause.
