View Full Version : Account Details email not being sent

Hi,
Wondering if you can help - the account details email automatically created when you add a new user is no longer being send plus the copy that is usually sent to myself is no longer being received.
Any ideas?

Is exim running properly? Any recent changes that you made before it happened,, Are you running the latest version of DA.
Also what OS and version?

I'm having this same problem.
No changes have been made to server recently.
Running RH 9 & DirectAdmin v1.21.3, exim is running. All other mail is being sent/received.

Hello,
check your /var/log/exim/mainlog for any errors.
Also follow these steps to ensure the hostname is setup correctly.
