bandwidth question

Directadmin only restart bandwidth recording from 1st of each month, my question:

1. How can i let DA record bandwith every 30 days, and not reset bandwidth on the 1st of month?

2. is there a way DA can do accumulative bandwidth? meaning "if you don't use all of your allotted bandwidth in a given month, the unused portion of your bandwidth will be carried over and added to your allotment for the following month"

3. is there a way DA can limit each users daily bandwidth?

3. Also need some external coding like a script that adds users daily bandwidth tally every 5min and when the go over it suspends their account, but none of that would be integrated with DA
