Hi,
i test a install and it's not good .
Problem chmod (for run the folders and files chmod on 777 :eek:, not good)
I don't arrived to change the systeme in my server

Somebody has already used joomla with direct admin ? Some concerns of right?:confused:

This has absolutely nothing to do with DirectAdmin.

Yatoula,

I think you are confused as to what DirectAdmin does. DirectAdmin does not manage your server. DirectAdmin runs alongside your server. Any problems you have with Joomla have nothing to do with DirectAdmin; they have to do with the way your server is configured.

If your server uses mod_php then any folders and files that need to be managed by php scripts such as joomla need to be chmod 777 or owned by apache.
