Ip assigned to user ? not possible to create a user

Hello, I have some major concerns with direct admin. The IP address of my server is assigned to each time in the new client that i create. I no longer the coup d has created a new account. I have not reseller. I uses only the account administratur (root). If someone could help me has configure directadmin, I think that celà comes from there. Thank You
