Piece of php-code is seen

Some time when we open a php-page on our server, we can see at the top of the page a piece (+/- 1 page) of our php-code.

Does anyone know how we can solve this problem?

does it happen sometime ? does it happen with a specified php code ?

It happens sometimes,

But I have updated and rebuild apache and now i think the problem is solved.
