Catch all for non-exist subdomain?

We once having subdomain such as
us.domain.com
ca.domain.com
ap.domain.com
mx.domain.com
jp.domain.com
..
*.domain.com
and customers can contact us by sales@*.domain.com
If some subdomains are removed, how can configure exim to catch these emails and forward to sales@us.domain.com?
Let's say subdomain jp.domain.com is already removed, all the emails to sales@jp.domain.com will forward to sales@us.domain.com.
Any helps/ideas will be appreciated.

Its not possible unless you set them up manually.

I try to search around and found clues using wildcard MX record and do some modification on the exim's router and transport. Anyone try to do this before? Mind to share the instructions?
