Problems sending to .gov.sg

All my users including myself are having problems sending out mail via a server running RH9 with DA, to xxx@xxx.gov.sg e-mail address, it bounces all the time, any idea why?

Can you post the bounce message or the error message?

Do you have an MX entry for that domain? does it resolve? does the hostname resolve? (just guesses out of the blue)

that domain isn't hosted by me but by the government of singapore. I have tried sending mail to some gov agencies and my users too but the mail bounced all the time.

I'll send out one now and post the bounced message in a while.
