How to add extra IPs

I've just signed up for the 12 IP reseller package but I am totally new at this so I hope you will bare with me. I've searched the forum but can't find the answer to my first question:

When I am at the "reseller level" I'll go into the "reseller stats" section only to find that is says "# of IPs" being "1".

I would imagine that it should say "12" but I might need to add something?

All help would be appreciated.

Only administrators can add ip's. You have to wait for your hosting company to add the ip's to your account.

Also remember this is a general forum for DirectAdmin not tied to any specific hosting company.
