Need Some Input

I am kind of new to running a server and it has been online now for about a year and needs updated in a bad kind of way.

I have :

php 4.4.7
FreeBSD 6.1 Release
Apache 1.3.39
mysql 5.0.22

As you can See I am way out of date. Can anyone let me know what I need to update to and maybe some decent threads to help me out? I normally pay someone to do this stuff for me but with the economy the way it is now, work is slim and that equals no extra $$ sadly enough.

Any advise/help would be greatly appreciated.

You should use custombuild to update php mysql and apache. As far as the os im sure google has guides to upgrade that.

thanks mr applesauce. I will look into this custom build thing. is it something that can be used on all boxes or is there requirements my box needs to meet first?
