I am attempting to set up a new pop3 email account. I set the username to Janedoe (@mysite.net is already filled in). It creates the account and the users login becomes janedoe@mysite.net. When I set the account up in Eudora, it shows the email address as janedoe@mysite.net@mail.mysite.net. Its really long and really confusing. Does anyone know a way to make the email address just janedoe@mysite.net?

This isn't really a DirectAdmin issue; it's a Eudora issue, based on how Eudora shows Persona information.
It's been a long time since I've actually used Eudora, so I just brought up my lone Windows2K system, and set up a new personality to see what you meant.
Here's what I ended up with...
localpart@example.com@mail.example.com
But that's NOT your email address; that's just Eudora's way of showing you the account in their account list.
Here's what it means...
localpart@example.com (left side) is the login name.
mail.example.com (right side) is the server it gets email from.
Eudora calls this the "Account" in their list of accounts.
You'd have to ask Eudora support how to remove the "Account" listing, and just leave the "Persona" listing, in your Persona view.
