We are an hosting provider and we even sell dedicated servers.
Can we use, for shared hosting an internal DA license or we need to buy an Extenal license?

Hey, good question... I'd like to know too. I've never thought about that.

Actually the answer is quite clearly stated on the DirectAdmin Internal License pricing page (http://www.directadmin.com/internal.html).

To qualify for internal pricing you must be a dedicated server provider or dedicated server reseller. Web hosts do not qualify for internal pricing unless they also sell dedicated servers. Internal licenses must always be sold with a server (reselling the licenses by themselves is not permitted).
The key word unless is operative. You cannot use these licenses for webhosting unless you also offer dedicated servers.

Of course you have to apply with DirectAdmin Sales (http://www.directadmin.com/support.html), so they're the final arbitrator.

we also offer dedicated server, but not to the same customers.
For example, we offer dedicated server to some customers if they wants but we also offer shared hosting.
Can we buy an internal license for the shared hosting server?
