Ready to use in production?

I'm on spamblocker 2 and lately a lot of spam is getting through. Is Spamblocker 3 ready for use in a production environment?

What kind of spam blocking performance difference have people seen between spamblocker 2 and spamblocker 3?

It's ready for me, but I wrote it. It works for lots of others (you can wait until they post and say that), but you have to carefully edit it and make some changes, all documented in the download area.
