Generate a CSR

Hello,

I'm trying to generate a CSR under a customers website and its taking forever. Then it brings me to a page that says >

Your connection has timed out

Details

Either your request was invalid or the program hasn't completed your request.
Please notify the server admin

[nobaloney]

If this continues to happen run the top command in a shell why running the generate CSR request, and see if something is causing your server to hang.
