Anti Virus Scanning

Is there a free anti virus that you can recommand that will work with exim

and if there is, can you provide an installation guide

In the HOW-TO section at this forum is a how-to on how to install MailScanner with clamav and spamassassin.

I've tried it I think and it blocked all the traffic to my mail server, when I removed the conf files, some accounts didn't get some mails, I had to reinstall the hole os and restore the users data, so I'm looking for something else
