Hi,

I have an existing lifetime license with Directadmin and recently i want to have the internal license. I have email for sales for the past 1 week and there seems to be no reply.

i am quite disappointed with this as i thought the support would be there at least to answer your queries via email.

Any chances people from directadmin would be able to assist immediately as i have pending customers here.

If you don't receive a reply from DA within 24 hours then they did not get the email.

Instead use https://www.directadmin.com/clients/safesubmit.php

thanks for the tips. Really appreciate it.

I did receive a reply once from one of their staff asking for my client ID which i missed out in the email. Then i did not receive any reply for over a week and last 2 days i did receive another reply asking which client ID do i wish to proceed. And there they go again, disappeared for a couple of days.

It is quite frustrating as i am hoping to promote their panel over cpanel over many aspects esp budget wise for my current and future customers. This is the first time i experience slow response from them and i am wondering what is happening back there.

Timezone different could be one of the factors but to settle a query over a period of 2 weeks is really ridiculous.
