As jlasman said; check with your provider. I doubt you'll get a positive answer though. Being able to modify the PHP configuration for scripts (what that function does) is a security risk. What's the point in having a configuration that locks PHP down if the users can change it anyways?

Also, since I don't know spanish, you'll have to deal with this:

What' ¿sAutomatic translation generally doesn't do to well with certain contractions. If you'd written What is instead of What's you would most likely gotten the correct translation: ¿Que es.

(I spoke spanish before I spoke english, but I haven't spoken it regulary since I was 3-1/2 years old, so my spanish knowledge is too rusty to rely on; I use automatic translation services when I need to do so.)
