SSL Transfer

I am moving from a host using cpanel to one using directadmin. I'm trying to transfer the comodo positive ssl cert over and I have these files (domain.csr, domain.key, domain.crt, domain.cabundle). I pasted the private key and cert into "Paste a pre-generated certificate and key" section and added what's inside domain.cabundle as the CA root cert. When I try to access https, I get the following error.

The certificate is not trusted because it is self signed.
The certificate is only valid for localhost
(Error code: sec_error_ca_cert_invalid)

What am I doing wrong here? Appreciate any help. Thank you.

Obviously your server is applying the wrong cert.
