Vacation messages not working

When I enable the vacation messages on a specific address it won't work.

I have tested is by sending a message to that address and no vacation message was returning.

Anyone a idea what it could be?

Hello,

Do you have the date on the vacation message setup correctly? Make sure that the present time is in between the start and end time on the vacation message.

Failing that, check your mail logs (/var/log/exim/mainlog)
