It appears as though you're running dovecot, but have not yet removed the /var/spool/virtual directory.
This is a minor issue and immediate action is not required.
The result of not removing this directory and old mbox data is that email users could use more disk space than they need to.
To remove old mbox data, please confirm that you are using dovecot, then login to ssh as root and type:

echo "action=delete&value=mbox" >> /usr/local/directadmin/data/task.queue

Once you've converted to Dovecot all those mbox files do is take up space. When we convert machines we set an alarm to visit them a month later; unless someone has notified us of a problem (so far that's never happened) we delete the files then.
