Reseller Message Issue

I don't know if this has been adressed or not, but within the message system it would be nice if the users were not able directly contact the server admin, since the reseller should be the point of contact.

Hello,

Users will contact their creator. If an admin created the User, the user would email his creator, the Admin's Reseller account (same thing).

If a Reseller creates the User, the User's tickets will end up in the Resellers ticket system.

That's the way it's currently designed.. if it's not working that way for you, then something's up :)
