Patching Holes

So, there are some new patches out for:

openssh
openssh-clients
openssh-server

It is not suggested to run up2date in a machine with DA installed, so what is the best way to to keep systems up to date? I got burned once by not having our machines updated.. and don't want it to happen again. ;)

manually do upgrades and patches... up2date seems to break all control panels with certain commands

[DirectAdmin Support]

We have a script out which will add the affected programs to a skip list, so that up2date won't update anything required by DirectAdmin. The script is in beta, but we've run it with up2date, without any problems.
