Mailbox: not showing emails?

On my server 2 mailboxes seem to be empty altho the mailbox files are resp, 11 and 12 MB in size.
I can mail to the addresses, see that they are delivered to the mailbox but not getting anything back.

Latest directadmin, debian etch.
I really need to sort this out.

I checked and it looks like you're using dovecot.
So my guess is that the exim.conf is not patched for the correct paths.
This is the related guide with the "todovecot" command.. which should repair it.. assuming that's the issue.

Failing that, try updating your exim.conf and repatch it for dovecot (don't forget the patch command.. it's very important)
