Hello , since one week ago my website is not loadable . the server information say that the Apache is stopped . well , I have put a ticket for help but no body answer me since 9 days . if i can switch on the apache by myself , somebody could say me how I could do it? Have a nice day and thank you very much.
my domain is fondosmil.com

In Service Monitor click Start for Apache.
Who did you submit a ticket to? If you submitted a ticket from within your own DirectAdmin control panel you probably submitted a ticket to yourself.

You cannot manage apache unless it's your server. Your only option is to discuss the issue with swissidea.com.

I've moved the thread; it's obviously a User Level issue.
I've also done a whois lookup on swissidea.com. The address information in whois is incomplete (only a city and a postal code and the telephone information is phony (i.e.: 123456789).
Even the internet's WayBack Machine (http://www.archive.org/web/web.php) doesn't seem to have any good archives of the site.
You may need to find another webhosting company.

Ok , I understand ... thank you very much for everything. Do you recommend me any other good webhosting enterprise ? What do you think about zymic.com , it's good , I can trust?

Since most of us are web hosts I think we would all recommend ourselves. At least I think most of use are web hosts. I could be wrong about that.

I also add that swissidea.com is not a real company, I can't find it in the swiss commercial registry. (there is Swiss Idea AG and it's not an hosting company :P)
Since I sold my hosting company a while ago, I guess I'm one of the few that can suggest something :) and I suggest looking at this forum: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/forumdisplay.php?f=45
WebHostingTalk is the best information resource for any kind of hosting in US and EU. There you will probably find the best shared webhosting for you.
For the webhosters reading, I also strongly suggest advertising your offers in that forum ;)
