How do I have all the email sent to my admin email account (the admin login) forwarded to one of my POP3 accounts? I looked all over the place for the feature, but couldn't find it. (I don't have command line access.)

Using the Email Forwarding section of your control panel, create a forward for the admin account to any email address you monitor.

Works properly.
