number of concurrect users per site?

i'd like to know what's the default number of concurrect users limit for one virtual account, is it unlimited or wat?

is there a way to set it up? say i want to limit per site transfer limit to 64k/sec max, and limit number of concurrect users to 80?

You'd need to install mod_throttle and setup the extra settings in the virtual_host*.conf templates (or the custom httpd.conf tool)
