Why do CRM solution providers consistently fail to provide?

Huge companies that can't possibly manage their clients manually often chose CRM out of desperation. CRM is generally a poor substitute for good human customer service. That's why NoBaloney Internet Services attempts to always take phone calls, 24/7, and when we can't, we get back to clients as quickly as possible.
We find that CRM is at best a poor substitute to human interaction.
