Hi,
I updated DA and first I got the message that the update went fine....then a minute later I got: "A system issue requires your attention" but with no information in it. An empty ticket......
Anyone got the same thing? Or do I need to check my system?
Tnx!
Regards,
Dennis.
I read in the "Official DirectAdmin Announcements" that 1.33.1 is a pre-release?.....so this could be an error?

Same problem here after upgrading earlier this morning.
But I see the upgrade isn't available anymore now.

If you received this message, it could be from this (this was in the body of my Urgent Message):
Roundcube version 0.1 has been found your system.
The locations on disk are within /var/www/html in the folder(s):
/var/www/html/roundcubemail-0.1-rc1
/var/www/html/roundcubemail-0.1-rc2
/var/www/html/roundcubemail-0.1.1
These locations have been disabled by means of chmod to 0 for security reasons.
Please update roundcube to 0.2 or higher and remove any old versions.

Tnx for the reply Aurigus.
This morning I got the same message. An empty ticket. Found roundcube 0.1 files on the server so going to delete those and take a look tomorrow.
I also make backups every night maybe it has to do something with that.....still figuring out where it comes from :)

Dennis

The same thing. Every night we've got an empty message titled "A system issue requires your attention", with the one, saying about backups, that are ready.
No errors in logs, no Roundcube version 0.1.

Hello,
Thanks for posting.
There was about a 1 hour window where the binaries contained incorrect checking code. If you got the updated DA within that window, then you've just got the incorrect binaries. There were reuploaded, so all you need to do is download them manually:
http://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=29
Sorry for any inconvenience!
However, if the tickets do contain roundcubemail paths (like post #5 from aurigus), then you do have roundcube 0.1 and should look into the issue as per the instructions.
If there are no paths mentioned, then you've got the incorrect binaries, hence just update with the above guide.

I try to update 1.33.0 to 1.33.1 in directadmin control panel / Licensing / Updates

Compiled on Debian 4.0
Server Version 1.33.0
Current Available Version 1.331000
Last Updated Fri Feb 27 23:49:14 2009
Update DirectAdmin
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Also i try to update with this command in Konsole:
cd /usr/local/directadmin
wget -O update.tar.gz https://www.directadmin.com/cgi-bin/daupdate?uid=1xxxx\&lid=xxxxx
tar xvzf update.tar.gz
./directadmin p
cd scripts
./update.sh
when I enter this command./update.sh I have this:
server:/usr/local/directadmin/scripts# ./update.sh
Stopping DA-PopB4Smtp: ./update.sh: line 31: 16679 Killed /etc/init.d/da-popb4smtp restart
update script stop working ...
next I try to restart directadmin
/etc/init.d/directadmin restart
and I have this:
Stopping DirectAdmin: [ FAILED ]
Starting DirectAdmin: [ OK ]
So I desade to click on Update License in directadmin control panel / Licensing / Updates
My license is Valid Until Tue Mar 10 15:55:38 2009
past few minuts I receve one email:
A new message or response with subject:
License File has been updated
has arrived for you to view.
Follow this link to view it:
https://server.xxxxxxxxxcom:3785/CMD_TICKET?action=view&number=000000011&type=ticket
======================================================
Automatically generated email produced by DirectAdmin 1.33.1
Do Not Reply.
then I try to enter and I revece this in my directadmin control panel:
Cannot execute your request
Details
You don't have permission to view that ticket
btw I have other port configured in:
/usr/local/directadmin/conf/directadmin.conf
to directadmin listen connections in port 3785
I have this and I think the errors is not because I run directadmin on port 3785
why I'm admin and also reseller etc...?
