Hey, I do not be managing to change no user inside ADMIN's general area of all users and retailers. How much I click in the button modiciar user, the system does a logout in the user of ADMIN. Also the system stopped to general statistics for all the domains, but the logs are being created. When access webalizer, the last event was registered in the day 16/02.
Thanks,
Luiz:)

Already I did the next procedures:

cd /usr/local/directadmin/scripts
./set_permissions.sh da_files

if that doesn't work, try:
./fix_da_user.sh

Are you going directly from the admin login to the user login? Or are you going from the admin login to the reseller login, and then to the user login? If the latter, then that won't work because DirectAdmin only remembers passwords a total of two levels deep, not three.

Hello,
I am to refer to ADMIN general, the manager of all Directadmin, what it can create reseller. With this super user, I select a certain user, and when I click in the button login as user XXXX, the system does Logout of directadmin...
Thanks,
Luiz

If you login as admin, and then you try immediately to log in as any user, from the control panel, it should work. If you login as admin, then login as the reseller from the control panel, that should work, but if you then as the reseller try to login as the user it won't work; it'll give you a password screen again. This is known and expected behavior because DirectAdmin only tracks logins to two levels, and not to three levels.

If the behavior you're seeing is the second one I mention, then that's normal. If it's the first I mentioned then that's abnormal, and you should ask for DirectAdmin Support (http://www.directadmin.com/support.html) for help.

Hello,
yes my case is the first. Like ADMIN general of the system, I am without permission until to change password of any user. I am going to ask support.
Thanks Jeff,
Luiz
