I've heard a lot of great things about DirectAdmin from other webmasters. Today is the first time that I've gotten to play with it and I must say, it's totally killing cpanel and ensim *quivers*. Great job guys! Now, for the suggestion...

I know that email software allows you to flag messages with a certain priority and what-not, I was wondering if we could look forward to seeing such functionality in the email forwarding? This would be useful because support emails could be forwarded to one of the website staff with a high priority message, while feedback emails could be forwarded without priority. Then we could use our email software to arrange the emails by their priority.

Thanks for reading and continue the good work!

Squirrelmail has this option built in.... unsure about uebimiau, besides that it all depends on your own email client :)

How about using different e-mail addresses for support and feedback? For example I use outlook and have my mail sent from support go to one folder and my other e-mail sent to different folders. If you would like to know how let me know.
